The Trinity College Arts and Music Block Redevelopment modernised the school’s creative facilities, providing state-of-the-art spaces for performing arts, music education, and visual arts. Stewart Construction served as the main contractor, delivering the project from demolition through to final fit-out.
The redevelopment included new classrooms, rehearsal and performance spaces, and specialist music and art facilities, all designed with advanced soundproofing components to ensure optimal acoustics and minimal noise disruption between teaching and practice areas. Stewart Construction worked closely with the school and design team to achieve high-quality construction, precise detailing, and minimal impact on daily school operations.
The project provides modern, flexible, and inspiring creative spaces that enhance student learning while supporting Trinity College’s commitment to excellence in the arts.
