PACT - Melbourne Street

Stewart Construction served as the main contractor for the PACT Melbourne Street Housing Development in South Dunedin, delivering a new social housing complex adjacent to Pact’s existing Dunbar House. Designed by Mason & Wales Architects, the project features modern amenities and sustainable design principles tailored to the community’s needs.

Stewart Construction led all aspects of construction, including comprehensive site preparation, building works, landscaping, car park development, and the final interior fit-out. Coordinating closely with Feldspar and Pact Group, Stewart Construction ensured the project was completed on time, on budget, and with minimal disruption to the local community.

The completed development provides much-needed social housing in South Dunedin, combining high-quality construction, functional design, and sustainable features.
